Teaching Methods
Teachers in Rosario Institute used conventional way in teaching their students. Conventional way here meant they taught the students in the classroom or at the school. They did not have online class or meeting. Even they had meetings in the classroom, the method that they used in teaching were variant. The teachers focused on the students’ center, which meant students are asked to explore more deepen the knowledge by themselves. The teachers also often give practice as the final project or performance. It aims to apply the knowledge to their real life.
Learning Materials and Innovation
Every teacher and grade have own text book as the guidance for learning. Teachers will take the topic from the text book. Every week, teachers will have a topic to be taught. If the explanation in the text book is not completed, teachers are allowed to find other explanation in other books, journals, or website on internet. The teachers are also freely to design the learning media. Most of them use PowerPoint to convey the material, because it is easy, interesting, and time-saving. They can design as creative as possible to make the students enjoy the learning. Sometimes they also use traditional media. It depends on the topic that they want to teach.

Sources of Learning and Technology
They use text book as the main resource for the topic because students also have that text book. To provide more information, teachers will find out on the Internet, other books, or asking to other teachers. When the teachers want to explain the topic through PowerPoint or something that use laptop, they will use television in the classroom as the media to transfer the media. Then students can easily read or watch it.

Authentic Assessment
Every topic will have 2 tests which first is assessment and second is performance test. Assessment means quiz or exercise of the topic. It can be answering the questions in the text book or teacher makes it. Then performance test it can be in written test or performance test. If both of them are forming in traditional way such as multiple choices, fill in the blank, etc., teacher will have the key answers. Meanwhile if it is authentic assessment, they will have rubric to assess the students’ works. For example, when 10 grade students had non-verbal performance, they presented silent dramas as the performance task. Teacher had a rubric to assess their performance which 30 points for presentation, 30 points for creativity, 30 points for uniqueness, and 10 points for cooperation. Cooperation. Then the total will be 100 points per a group. usually for the rubric will be following to the topic and assignment that students have. After the teacher already have the score, she/he will transfer it into worksheet in Microsoft Excel.
